  • 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience with proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Ability to independently handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management with strong knowledge in Malaysian Human Resources practices, including the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF, PERKESO (SOCSO), EIS, payroll coordination, and other compliance requirements.

  • Strong coordination skills for handling EMGS and other government-related documentation securely.

  • Excellent in interviewing, stakeholder management, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), HRIS, recruitment platforms, and digital collaboration tools.

  • Highly organised, proactive, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with professionalism.

  • Malaysian citizenship is required.
