Partner Code of Conduct

This Partner Code of Conduct outlines the standards expected from all education advisors ("Advisors") who use the Unibexs platform.
Unibexs Sdn. Bhd. is committed to building a trusted ecosystem that connects advisors, students, and universities in a transparent and responsible manner.
By using the Unibexs platform, Advisors agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
1. Professional Integrity
Advisors must operate with honesty, professionalism, and integrity when representing students and interacting with universities through the Unibexs platform.
Advisors must always prioritize the best interests of the students they support.
2. Accurate Information
Advisors must ensure that all information submitted through the platform is accurate and truthful.
This includes:
Student personal details
Academic records
Identification documents
Visa or application documents
Submitting false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
3. Authentic Documents
Advisors must not submit forged, altered, or fabricated documents.
All documents uploaded to the platform must be genuine and obtained legally.
If fraudulent documents are detected, Unibexs reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the advisor account.
4. Fair and Transparent Communication
Advisors must provide clear and honest information to students regarding:
university programs
admission requirements
tuition fees
application timelines
visa processes
Advisors must not mislead students or make false promises regarding admission or visa approval.
5. Prohibited Fees and Misrepresentation
Advisors must not charge students misleading or deceptive fees.
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Charging “guaranteed admission” fees
Charging “visa guarantee” fees
Charging hidden or misleading service fees
Misrepresenting university requirements or outcomes
Advisors must communicate clearly about any legitimate service fees they charge and ensure transparency with students.
6. Respect for Universities
Advisors must maintain professional relationships with universities and respect their admission policies and procedures.
Advisors must not attempt to manipulate admission processes or misrepresent information to universities.
7. Platform Integrity
Advisors must not misuse the Unibexs platform.
Prohibited actions include:
attempting to manipulate application tracking
submitting fake student profiles
abusing commission structures
attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities
8. Compliance with Laws
Advisors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective countries, including laws related to education recruitment, marketing, and data protection.
9. Advisor Independence
Advisors using the Unibexs platform operate independently and are not employees or representatives of Unibexs.
Advisors are responsible for their own business practices and relationships with students.
10. Violations and Enforcement
Unibexs may investigate any suspected violation of this Code of Conduct.
If a violation is confirmed, Unibexs may take actions including:
issuing warnings
suspending advisor accounts
permanently terminating access to the platform
withholding commissions related to fraudulent or unethical activity
11. Reporting Misconduct
If users become aware of misconduct or unethical behavior by an advisor, they may report it to:
legal@unibexs.com
All reports will be reviewed and handled appropriately.
12. Updates to this Code
Unibexs may update this Partner Code of Conduct from time to time to reflect improvements to the platform, regulatory requirements, or operational practices.
Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Code.
