Resolving a Rejected Document
If a document is unclear or missing pages, it will be flagged before it reaches the Institution. To fix this, open the student's case file in the Application Tracker. You will see a red "Action Required" tag next to the rejected document, along with a specific note from our processing team (e.g., "Passport scan is too blurry to read"). Simply click the tag and upload the corrected file directly into that slot to resume the workflow.
